Stormy’s Adventures; The Big Barn, Downash. East Sussex

By Stormy the Dog

I spent an hour with my best friend Mya at the Big Barn in Hailsham.

We have been a few times before because Mya is very naughty and doesn’t come back every time she’s called. But she needs a lot of exercise, so her dad takes her to enclosed friendly areas.

There is a barn with an outdoor area, a dog field, a sandpit and the playground which has a pool, climbing areas and an area to run around in.

We swam a lot. I chased my ball in the water. I climbed for treats to please my Family, and I ran around at top speed with Mya.

The area is very clean and there is Poo Cam to make sure Humans pick up the poo.

Bowls of water for us to drink are there, and portaloos for Humans.

We had a lovely time and I didn’t want to leave so I whined for most of the journey home.

There are many enclosed dog fields in the area which are great for Humans whose dogs run off, or for Humans who can’t walk far to exercise their dogs.

For an hourly charge the dogs can run around safely.

The time spent there is purely for your private use, with your Humans and their friends.
