  • After moving to Sussex in 2008 to embark on a new career in wine & spirits, this quickly led to the creation of Sussex first gin and distillery in over two centuries. Over the years, they’ve worked with and mentored food and beverage SME’s developing brands and creating new products having collaborated with prestigious venues like The Savoy and Grosvenor House hotel curating bespoke gins, and curating cocktails and food pairings and traveling the world to teach the art of wine and spirit tasting. In recent years, Sarah returned to the world of TV and film working on productions world-wide learning the art of storytelling through the big, small, and digital screens. As an obsessive foodie, Sussex Kitchen® was born. They now combine their passion for storytelling and culinary adventures, celebrating the food and drink heroes of Sussex, providing them with a voice in a competitive and overwhelming marketplace.
