Plants4Presents is ready for Christmas!

By Lyn Funnell

The Newick Nursery Plants4Presents is full of beautiful colourful gifts for Christmas.

Last time we visited the Nursery, I couldn’t resist buying a small olive tree and it’s growing well in our garden.

We paid them a visit to choose an unusual Christmas present for our daughter.

I’m not going to tell you what we chose for her, but it will be delivered a few days before Christmas and she’s going to love it!

The poinsettas were going out as fast as they were coming in. Other favourites are the different coloured orchids and the Lumbergera; better known as the Christmas Cactus.

There were citrus trees everywhere, from tall ones that stay outside until  the cold weather, to little plants in pots for windowsills. These small plants were laden with fruits.

The citrus trees come from Sicily and Portugal.

Do check them out online.

You can choose your own pot and packaging for gifts from a wide range.

Managing Director Emily said; Plants4Presents is a family run business. We take care of our customers. We’re real people who actually care!

We specialise in citrus trees and unusual flowering plants and herbs.

Last day for deliveries is the 22nd December. But they’re opening on Sunday the 22nd to take orders for delivery on the 23rd.
